Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Hong Kong], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Earnings disclaimer

The knowledge that will be shared with you, through our website, products, seminars, should be used as entertainment only, we do not guarantee any success and any successful case shared, should be seen as a rare and atypical situation. We are not responsible for any monetary loss, or any other result from using directly or indirectly anything related with us. You understand this is only for entertainment purposes, and you should always consult a professional in law, business and any other professional that could provide a solution. You agree that you fully understand the risk of money loss and you accept any monetary loss as your only responsibility.

Ethical behaviour

We will always refer to you in a respectful way, however, sometimes we may use insults, or any other strong language, if you have a special request, please tell us in advice, we will try our best to avoid any sensitive word, topic, or language, however we do not guarantee it. In the other hand, any person trying to disrupt the usual dynamic in our website, products, seminars, through physical aggressions, verbal aggressions or any other disrupting behaviour, the person will be removed immediately, no refund will be done and the person will be permanently banned from using our website or any of our products or services.

Private content.

The content shared to you, through our website, platforms, chats, products, seminars, etc, must remain in private, any public exposure will be severely punished according to law, and the person will be banned from us, with no refund. It is forbidden to collect information from other customers or instructors. Any surveillance or espionage will be punished by law, it is forbidden to record any audio or video. The content shared with you, or purchased by you, should be used only by you privately.

Ending service

We have the right to end any service, product, etc at any time if we interpret the behaviour of the customer to be harmful towards other customers, our brand, espionage or sabotage. We reserve the right to not disclosure any previous warning, neither to provide any other explanation.

About free seminars.

We may include during the free seminars certain content that should be seen as advertising, you accept the free seminar to include this advertisement, and we do not guarantee that you will learn or improve in any way your financial situation, or in any other way, the free seminar is only for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any free seminar without previous warning.

About paid online seminars.

Customers have the right to request a refund 3 days before the paid online seminar starts or earlier, 100% refund will be done and paid to the customers within the following 90 days. If a customer decides to do a refund 2 days before the paid online seminar starts or before the paid online seminar starts, 80% refund will be done to the customer within the following 90 days. If a customer finishes the paid online seminar, and the instructor agrees his performance was optimal, including activities, responding to questions, response to dynamics, 100% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If a customer does not conclude the paid online seminar, or the performance is poor and not acceptable by the instructor, no refund will be done. The customer agrees with this policy. The content share cannot be published in public places or sold for monetary benefit, it is not allowed to share for education purposes. We will give you a full copy of the recording session, and it is for your only use. The seminar will start in the date and time that was advertised, even if the customer is late or decides to cancel. We will provide a copy of the paid online seminar recording to the customer even if the customer is late or absent during the paid online seminar. We reserve the right to end at any time the paid online seminar if we conclude the customer is damaging our brand, sabotaging us, or doing espionage.

About paid seminars.

The customer can request a refund, 30 days before the paid seminar starts, 100% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If a customer requests a refund within the 30 days before the paid seminar starts, 50% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If customer requests a refund during or after the paid seminar, no refund will be done. The customer agrees with this policy before joining to the paid seminar. The seminar will start at the date, time and place that was advertised, even if the customer fails to be on time, or even if the customer is totally absent. We reserve the right to end at any time the seminar if we conclude the customer is damaging our brand, sabotaging us, or doing espionage.

About tokens and boxes.

We will provide proof, video and photos that the box has been sent, however, the content of the box won’t be disclosure for security reasons, the content of the box can be filter with competition, affecting other customers. The customer accepts the risk that products within the box may not fulfilled expectations or even products totally different from what the customer imagined. We agree to deliver the box but we cannot guarantee that the customer will be able to make any profit from the box.  The customer agrees that the products in the box may be different from the expectations or from the videos or photos due to angles, color, filters, or any other, it is the customer duty to request more photos or videos to be sure, the box is in good conditions to be accepted with its content. Once the box and its content is sent to the customer, we do not accept any refund or request related with products damaged, missed or modified. The customer can request a refund if the box is still with us, a 100% refund will be done within the following 90 days. No refund will be done once the box is on the way to be delivered. We are not responsible for any damage or missing product, partially or totally, or stolen during the delivery. The customer will need to denounce this to the delivery company, and we may help. The tokens are limited, customer is not obligated to buy any token, neither us. However, tokens are available to be exchanged between customers, and we may purchase them but not obligated if we determine it.

We may have some mistakes, grammar mistakes, pricing errors, and the customer has the duty to inform us, any error or mistake won’t be accepted as proof to do otherwise, no customer can take advantage of it.

If our website is hacked and its content modified, we are not responsible for it, customers have the duty to inform us, and we may take decisions to modify our products or services depending of the problem we could be experiencing.

We reserve the right to end any product or service without warning in the case of war, natural disaster or health issue, we will try to reschedule any product or service but we do not guarantee it.

None of our products, services should be used as a promise to make money, actually the contrary, it is meant to be just entertainment, and customer understand the severe risk of monetary loss if decides to use our content.

We will do our best at all time to provide the customer with the best guidance, answers and information, however we do not guarantee that will be useful always neither accepted the advice or suggestions we provide.
