Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You do not receive any product, or the instructor fails to attend the seminar.
  • You have changed your opinion about the service, product or any other from us, you may be legible to apply to a refund depending of the time you request the refund.
  • You have received the wrong product, service or seminar

Once the customer decides to do a refund, he must send an email to consultant@joanzeroz.com and a whatsapp to +8613601307394, explaining the situation very clearly and including a copy of the receipt, if customer fails to do this, the situation is fake or the receipt is false, no refund will be done no matter what.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be done in the following [90] business days after we have accepted your request for refund. We will use a five business days period to solve your situation and reply to you if the refund was accepted or not.

About paid online seminars

Customers have the right to request a refund 3 days before the paid online seminar starts or before, 100% refund will be done and paid to the customers within the following 90 days. If a customer decides to do a refund 2 days before the paid online seminar starts or before the paid online seminar starts, 80% refund will be done to the customer within the following 90 days. If a customer finishes the paid online seminar, and the instructor agrees his performance was optimal, including activities, responding to questions, response to dynamics, 100% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If a customer does not conclude the paid online seminar, or the performance is poor and not acceptable by the instructor, no refund will be done. The customer agrees with this policy. Our decision is permanent and not open to discussion.

About paid seminars

The customer can request a refund, 30 days before the paid seminar starts, 100% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If a customer requests a refund within the 30 days before the paid seminar starts, 50% refund will be done to the customer in the following 90 days. If customer requests a refund during or after the paid seminar, no refund will be done. The customer agrees with this policy before joining to the paid seminar. 

About tokens and boxes.

Tokens have no refund, customer is free to exchange the tokens with other customers, but we are not obligated to buy. Boxes have a refund only if they are still with us, otherwise, no refund will be done if the box is on the way to be delivered. The customer can decide to do a refund if the box is still with us and 100% refund will be made. No refund will be done if the box is stolen, damaged or with products missing. We are not responsible for the delivery. The customer agrees the responsibility will be from the delivery company. No monetary loss will be compensated by us.

We do guarantee that if the customer is not satisfied with any of our products or services or seminars, we will do a complete refund, however, this is conditioned to everything said before, and if the customer is suspicious to make false claims, sabotaging or espionage, no refund will be done. We provide this guarantee as a way to gain trust with real customers, therefore we try to protect this mechanic and discourage fake customers from abusing this policy. We have no obligation to do any refund, no obligation to provide any explanation, no obligation to provide any notification. The customer understands, this promise is meant to be used only in very specific cases, any abuse will be ignored.
